World News: The India International Center for Buddhist Culture and Heritage reached a new feat with 40 percent of its construction completed as per the report by the officials from the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC). Offering a state-of-the-art infrastructure, the structure will be shaped in the form of a blooming lotus, aiming to provide state-class facilities to pilgrims from around the world seeking solace.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the building during his visit to Lumbini in 2022. The building is a modern, NetZero one with energy, water, and waste management.
