Ustad Rashid Khan was a renowned playback singer from the Rampur-Sahaswan Gharana of Uttar Pradesh. He has lent his voice to some popular Hindi films like Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, Hate Story 2, Raaz 3, Mausam, My Name Is Khan, and Jab We Met. He took his last breath on 09 January 2024 in Kolkata battling with prostate cancer.
