Indian Defense: India’s Defence Export Witnesses 32% Surge in FY24, Rajnath Singh Praises The Achievement

India Defense Export: India buys almost 9.8% of the arms and other defense equipment sold around the world. Recently, India’s defense export reached an all-time high. After various crucial steps taken in manufacturing innovations including Make in India, the country is not only self-dependent in the defense equipment category, but also exports to other countries. For the first time, India’s defense export has reached Rs 21,000 Cr, which was around Rs 15,920 Cr in the financial year 2022-2023. 

Rajnath Singh Shares Big Achievement

The defense ministry issued a statement that stated that in the last 10 years, India’s defense export have increased by around 31%. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also wrote on the social media platform “X” that India’s defense export reached an all-time high since independence. He also praised the country’s achievement.
