Aadhaar ATM: If you don’t have time to go to the ATM, your UPI is also not working, and you are in urgent need of cash, then fret not, now you can easily withdraw cash at home with your ATM. Sounds dubious right? The Post Office has recently launched a special scheme called “Aadhaar ATM,” an Aadhaar In-Value Payment Service that provides customers the facility to withdraw cash sitting at home.
To get the benefit of this facility, you have to link your bank account to the Aadhaar card. In Aadhaar ATM, the account holder gets the benefit of cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, mini statement, and Aadhaar to Aadhaar fund transfer. You can withdraw up to Rs. 10,000 cash under this scheme. Visit the website of India Post Payment Bank and select the ‘doorstep’ option. Fill in the rest of the information including your name, mobile number, email ID, address, and pin code, and click on submit. A postman will come to your house with the required amount of cash according to your need.
