iOS 17 Beta 6 Update Released: These New Features Will Be Launched After iPhone 15

Every year, Apple releases a new operating system. Following the release of the iPhone 15 this year, the company will release iOS 17. Apple has launched the beta version of iOS 17, and the final version will be available soon. The platform's issues have been fixed thanks to this software. Aside from that, the update introduced two significant adjustments.

What are the updates in iOS 17

The most recent iOS 17 beta 6 update includes significant improvements to the Messages app. Users can now instantly access the photo picker by simply tapping the "+" button, avoiding the need to travel through a list and select a photo option. Within the Phone app, Apple recently changed the red terminate call button from the lower centre to the bottom right. However, due to users' tendency of tapping on the centre, this adjustment elicited mixed reactions. In response to criticism, Apple has reverted the end call button to its customary central position in the sixth beta iteration, matching its positioning in iOS 16 and preceding versions.

Updates in Facetime too

Apple demonstrated some features that will be available in iOS 17 at the WWDC 2023 event. It will have a live voicemail option with live transcription. You will be able to translate any recording in real time with its assistance. FaceTime is getting a beneficial update in that if someone misses the call, it will leave a video message. The business has added search filters to iMessages, and you will be able to reply by swiping the message, just as in social media apps. Aside from that, you can now send live location in iMessage. Along with this, you will be able to see the app's new design.
