IPO News: Bharti Airtel’s Subsidiary Set to Open its First IPO After 10 Years, Know Details

Airtel IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of India’s largest telecom company, Bharti Airtel, is slated to begin soon. According to several media reports, the Bharti Hexacom IPO could be listed by the beginning of 2024. This is Bharti Group’s first IPO in the previous ten years. Earlier in 2012, Bharti Infratel launched its IPO. According to reports, Bharti Airtel has approached a number of investment banks, including SBI Caps, IIFL, ICICI Securities, Axis Capital, and others, to begin the process of launching an initial public offering (IPO).  

 

Bharti Airtel IPO Details

According to reports, Bharti Airtel is hoping to acquire capital through an IPO and other means. Bharti Airtel owns 70% of Bharti Hexacom, with Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) owning the remaining 30%. According to reports, the government can raise Rs 10,000 crore by selling 30% of its stake in this IPO. The company anticipates a valuation of at least Rs 20,000 crore. The company is currently working on launching 5G services in several urban and rural areas of the country.
