Jammu Terror Attack: The situation in Jammu and Kashmir has become sensitive following the terrorist attack in Reasi and the encounter between terrorists and the army in Kathua. Police and security forces have killed two terrorists, and the search for others is ongoing. Security forces have begun a search operation in the Jammu division. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed the situation in Jammu and Kashmir with NSA Ajit Doval and other officials.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has directed officials to make full use of anti-terrorism capabilities. The Prime Minister and Amit Shah discussed the deployment of security forces and anti-terror operations. PM Modi also spoke with Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, taking stock of the situation in the union territory.
