Jennifer Lopez changes her surname post wedding

As of right now, Jennifer officially goes by Jennifer Lynn Affleck, the last name of her husband. Lopez appears to have formally assumed Ben's last name, according to marriage paperwork that TMZ has obtained. In a note prior to dropping the wedding pics she wrote “We read our own vows in the little chapel and gave one another the rings we'll wear for the rest of our lives."
