The recently eased guidelines by the Indian Armed Forces state that a candidate can appear for the SSB Interview of the Indian Armed Forces by achieving good rank in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Exam for the B.Tech Course. This opportunity lets you skip the NDA Written Exam which otherwise is one of the initial steps for the selection process.

If a candidate aspires to do their B. Tech from a reputed institute of the country, will be able to fulfill their dream by availing this opportunity of B.Tech entry without appearing for the NDA Written Exam.
However, if a person usually chooses for a direct entry through NDA, they’ll have to go through the NDA Written Exam.
The opportunity is provided by both Indian Army and the Indian Navy, and if the person gets selected, they are called to the OTA Gaya, Bihar of Indian Army (Training) or Kerala (For Indian Navy Training).
