Every year the World Bank studies the conditions for doing business in 190 countries around the world. In this, the World Bank studies the business life-cycle of small and medium enterprise companies on 10 grounds.
India has implemented 37 major reforms since 2003. In this, these things are made the basis for ranking that how many days it is taking to start the business. Availability of electricity, taxes, cross border trade, time taken to settle a dispute and register a property, etc. The report covers starting a business, construction permits, getting credit, protecting small investors, paying taxes, trading abroad, enforcing contracts and bankruptcy proceedings.
The survey is done on the basis of easy policies of doing business for ease of doing business ranking. How easy or difficult it is to do business in a country, these things are seen in this ranking. To do business, attention is paid to the construction permit, registration, loan and tax payment system, etc.
