Land for job scam: Tejashwi Yadav is facing another legal case

12 Apr, 2023

Lalu and his family's circumstances in Bihar are getting worse and worse. Both Misa Bharti and Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of Bihar, are occasionally called in for interrogation. Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of Bihar, was interrogated for hours even on Tuesday by the ED in Delhi. The problems for Tejashwi grew after interrogation, not decreased. According to ED, a new case has been opened against him.

Prevention of Money Laundering act applied

The Prevention of Money Laundering Act's criminal provisions have been applied to the case. He will now be questioned separately in relation to that. Tejashwi had already been questioned by CBI in this case earlier on March 26. Also, it is said that the FIR from the CBI was the basis for the registration of this case.

Tejashwi said he will cooperate

Tejashwi declared after leaving the ED office that he is taking part in the Center's agency interrogations. But, the truth is that this episode is not a hoax. The CBI has questioned RJD President Lalu Prasad, former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, MP Misa Bharti, and former MLA Bhola Yadav, a Lalu Prasad ally, in this matter. Raids have also been carried out at Lalu's and his associates' hiding places.
