Lollapalooza India 2024 Highlights: Fans Chant “Jiju” in Nick Jonas Performance, Halsey, Lauv Among Others Ignited The Stage

Lollapalooza 2024: The second edition of Lollapalooza 2024 finally concluded on Sunday 28th January, with fans witnessing a wave of international and national artists who gave splendid performances and heartwarming memories. On the first day, the Jonas Brothers, including our “National Jiju” Nick Jonas performed at the concert making an everlasting memory in his “sasural.” This marked the first-ever concert of the Jonas Brothers in India, and it was all we could’ve asked for. Not only fans welcomed them with eruptive sounds, but the whole arena was filled with chants of “Jiju Jiju.”

Priyanka Chopra Reacted on “Jiju” Chants

Many celebs attended the concert including Taapsee Pannu, and an after-party was also organised by Priyanka Chopra’s friend Natasha Poonawalla, which was a star-studded affair. Actor Bhumi Pednekar with sister Samiksha were also seen posing with the Jonas Brothers. Sonam Kapoor with husband Anand Ahuja and Malaika Arora also attended the bash. Along with this, Priyanka also reacted to the viral video of fans chanting “Jiju” during their concert. She took to her Instagram and posted a story with the caption, “My Heart Thank You Mumbai.” Before the trio hit the stage, Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh starrer Dil Dhadakne Do track “Gallan Goodiyaan” lifted the mood of the night, with Kevin introducing Nick as “Jiju” and inviting loud cheers and chants of “jiju jiju” from the crowd. The singer thanked the audience for welcoming them wholeheartedly and said, “We, as a family, have a deep, deep connection with the country. Thank you for having us and we will make the most excitable night ever.”

Lollapalooza 2024 Mumbai

The second edition of Lollapalooza was a two-day event held at Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai, and kick-started on Saturday with enthralling performances by The Raghu Dixit Project and When Chai Met Toast, American popstar Halsey, and The Karan Kanchan Experience, among others. Fans from all over the world attended the concert to support their favorite artists while also enjoying the nightlife of Mumbai. While the first edition included artists like Imagine Dragons and Jackson Wang, the second edition also included iconic performances from The Sting and One Republic. The Raghu Dixit Project, When Chai Met Toast, and Lauv were among the 40 artists who performed at the concert.
