Made in Heaven Season 2 Review

The trailer of the second season gave many insights into what’s coming up for the viewers in the thrilling drama ahead. The trailer saw Tara and Karan return to their wedding business with more on their plate. The trailer introduced the new faces in season 2, with the ensemble cast of Season 1 returning. The first episode starts six months after Season 1 ends when Tara and Karan are putting on a wedding with some Russian women. Since Tara found her husband cheating, Karan’s sexuality became public, their business is having a hard time. Season 2 includes seven new episodes set in Delhi, where the orthodox thinking and the dark secrets of culture are performed in the name of modernity, where you can see the change but not with the pace of time.

By the end of season one, both Tara’s and Karan’s personal and professional lives were on the verge of collapsing, but they made the decision to stake everything on the success of their company and introduced Ramesh Jauhari as a third shareholder to the business. Made in Heaven Season 2 centers on Tara’s divorce, while Karan finds that his mother has stage 4 cancer, struggling with his internal conflicts. Two new characters are introduced in Made in Heaven season 2: Bulbul Jauhari (Mona Singh), the auditor, and Meher Chaudhury, the new head of production (Trinetra Haldar Gummaraju). Bulbul Jauhari is undoubtedly a delight to see this season, from the flashiness of new money to hanging on to basic moral beliefs at all costs, Mona Singh has done a fantastic job in portraying Bulbul, with Trinetragiving off that natural and perfect aura depicting Meher’s journey.
