Mahindra has recently introduced the XUV400 (Electric SUV). Its top speed has been claimed to be 150 kmph. At the same time, regarding the range, the company says that it can cover 456 km on a single full charge. Mahindra will offer it in 5 color options, which are Napoli Black, Infinity Blue, Arctic Blue, Galaxy Gray and Everest White. Let’s take a look at its specifications.
The cabin of the Mahindra XUV400 comes loaded with features like an infotainment touchscreen digital instrument cluster. It also gets steering-mounted controls for the driver's convenience. It also gets Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a coloured MID for the instrument console, BlueSense connectivity, steering-mounted controls, six airbags, all four disc brakes, and an electric sunroof.
The copper element has been used quite a bit in this. From the roof to the headlight, taillight, logo and front bumper, copper inserts are available everywhere, even the interiors get copper inserts. The Mahindra XUV400 EV will receive a new grille with X-shaped inserts, a blanked-out grille, projector headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, copper accents, an all-black interior theme with copper inserts
This electric SUV is quite powerful. It accelerates from 0 to 100kmph in just 8.3 seconds. It has a battery pack of 39.4 kW. It will take only 50 minutes to charge the battery from 0 to 80 percent with a 50 kW DC fast charger. Its electric motor generates 145 bhp power and 310 Nm peak torque. This is a front wheel drive car. That is, it has a motor on the front wheels.
The Mahindra XUV400 is expected to be priced between Rs 17-22 lakh (ex-showroom).
