This month Maruti Suzuki will introduce the Maruti Fronx. It will have more high-end features and be based on the company's Baleno hatchback. There are five different versions of the Fronx, including Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha. Let’s take a look at it’s specifications.
With the SUV, there are two engine choices. The trusty 1.2-liter DualJet petrol engine, which produces 89 bhp and 113 Nm of torque, joins the Maruti 1.0-liter booster jet engine in making a comeback. An AMT, a six-speed torque converter, and a five-speed manual transmission are the three options. The inside is similar to recent Maruti models. Added amenities include a floating touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charging, a flat-bottom steering wheel, a 360-degree camera, cruise control, six airbags, and others. The Fronx is a compact SUV with five seats.
The entry-level variant of this car is likely to cost around Rs 8 lakh and the ex-showroom price of its top variant is likely to be Rs 11 lakh.
