Medal Esports Joins Skyesports Masters To Conquer India’s First Franchised Esports League

Medal Esports, an esports organization from Delhi, has been officially announced as the sixth team to join the Skyesports Masters. They will be participating in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) with the aim of achieving success and claiming a portion of the Rs. 2,00,00,000 prize pool. This tournament marks India's inaugural franchised esports competition.

The Skyesports Masters

Commencing on July 8 and running until August 17, the League Stage of the highly anticipated Skyesports Masters will initiate the thrilling action. During this period, the eight franchised teams will engage in intense round-robin matches over multiple weeks, striving to secure a spot in the Playoffs. Taking place on August 26 and 27, the Skyesports Masters Playoffs will witness a clash of the top four CS:GO teams in India as they battle for the prestigious championship title. This on-ground event promises to be an unprecedented spectacle, establishing itself as a groundbreaking LAN event for Indian esports.

Medal Esports will be unveiling a seven-man roster for the Skyesports Masters soon. Two of these players will be from the open-for-all cafe qualifiers, which are currently ongoing in 20 cities across India. More details are available on the official Skyesports Masters website.

Medal Esports now joins the likes of Revenant Esports, Gods Reign, 7Sea Esports, Marcos Gaming, and Reckoning Esports in the Skyesports Masters. Stay tuned to Skyesports’ socials for the last two franchises in the historic esports league.
