Meet Radhika Ghai, Founder of KindLife & India’s First Woman To Enter The Unicorn Club

Womenpreneur 2025: Radhika Ghai is the founder of KindLife, a Korean beauty skin care and also India’s first woman to enter the Unicorn club with her ‘serial entrepreneurship’. Talking to HerZindagi she opened up about her journey so far as a woman entrepreneur in India shaping the space of start-ups.

Radhika is also the co-founder of ShopClues, India's leading online marketplace, which she helped build into a unicorn company since its founding in 2011. Sharing her advice for young women with budding ideas she says that one does not have to go to IIT or IIM to be a successful entrepreneur with talent and hard work with a knowledge of operations and execution.
