How to make Mushroom Soya Sandwich 


Ingredients used

  • Mushroom

  • Soyabean

  • Onion

  • Capsicum

  • Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Chili flakes/ Oregano

  • Hung curd


Mushroom Soya Sandwich recipe

  • Heat a one spoon oil in a non- stick pan at medium flame

  • Add all the chopped vegetables including Mushroom, Soybean, Onion and Capsium in the pan.

  • Saute it till the color changes to golden brown

  • Add Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes & Oregano in the vegetable mix as per your taste.

  • After giving it a good mix take the mixture out in the bowl and let it cool.

  • Add 4-5 spoon of Hung Curd in the mix

  • Take 2 slices of bread, better to take Atta bread and fill in the paste between the slices

  • Tadaa your mushroom Soybean sandwich is ready.
