New Cricket League: BCCI Planning to Introduce T-10 Cricket Format For Tier 2 Cities

IPL New League: The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) is considering starting another league of cricket similar to IPL. The plan for this has been finalized, and it is possible if everything goes well, then the new league could be played in September-October of next year. Not only that, but the shareholders have agreed to BCCI’s plan to launch the league in T10 format.

The age limit for the players taking part in this is still in discussion. The age limit can be kept so that it does not affect the IPL or international cricket. Furthermore, to ensure that the old franchises do not suffer financial losses, BCCI will need to get the approval of IPL franchises before launching a new league. Discussions are still going on about the format, age limit, whether this league should be played every year in India or at a different venue each year, and other key points.
