Shah Rukh Khan Movies Re-Releasing: There is not a single time when Bollywood has disappointed us whenever it comes to satisfy our nostalgic cravings. Bollywood 90s and 2000s era has given us some theatrical masterpieces, from classic to complicated romance, fans can’t stop gushing over the delicate and intriguing characters that always left us in awe. Talking about bollywood romance without SRK is like a burger without a patty, right? The Shah Rukh genre of movies has always made fans watch them again-and-again without getting bored. Seems like Yash Raj Films has finally read our minds, as the production house has announced to re-release three films of SRK in theatres once again.

Reliving Bollywood Romance With SRK

Yash Raj Films is celebrating the Nostalgia Film Festival from January 19 to 22. The production house took to its instagram to announce mega hit SRK movies Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), and Chak De India (2007) will be re-releasing in PVR and Inox theatres.The films will exclusively be screened in select theaters across cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Surat, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Kochi, among others. YRF has also made the seats affordable selling the movie tickets at just a cost of Rs 112. Announcing the same, YRF posted, “Relive the magic of your favourite movies on the big screen again. Nostalgia Film Festival @pvrcinemas_official @inoxmovies from 19th-22nd Jan! Book your tickets for Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Dil To Pagal Hai and Chak De India at Rs. 112/-* T&C Apply.” The banner also shared a full list of theatres where these movies will be re-releasing.


Movies Re-Released in Theatres

DDLJ is a classic romantic drama starring Kajol and SRK in lead, Dil To Pagal Hai has Madhuri Dixit, Karisma Kapoor and SRK, and Chak De India is a story of a former Indian Hockey player played by SRK, who later coaches the Women Hockey Team to prove his innocence and loyalty towards the nation. Before this, Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Jab We Met’, ‘Sholay’, ‘Tamasha’, ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’, ‘Koi…Mil Gaya’ and ‘Khalnayak’ were some of the movies that were re-released in theatres, giving a wholesome dose of nostalgia to fans.
