NTA JEE Main: Know guidelines issued by NTA for JEE Main 2021 Exam starting from 23rd February

NTA JEE Main:

The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2021 Exam will commence on Tuesday i.e., 23rd February 2021. The organising body of the JEE Main 2021 Exam, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released already released the JEE Main Admit Card 2021 on February 12th on the official website of jeemain.nta.nic.in 

 

The JEE Main 2021 February exam is scheduled to be conducted on 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th February 2021 in two shifts, the first shift being from 9 AM to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM. The JEE Main February 2021 exams will be conducted in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode by the National Testing Agency (NTA). 

 

The JEE Main admit card 2021 is available on the official website of NTA which is, jeemain.nta.nic.in Students are advised to download the JEE Main 2021 admit card along with the undertaking issued by NTA for the JEE Main 2021 February exam and go through the instructions mentioned in it and also in the Information Bulletin. Along with this, the NTA has issued some Covid-19 guidelines and SOPs for the JEE Main Exam 2021 to maintain the safety of the staff and students. 

 

Those guidelines and SOPs issued by NTA for JEE Main 2021 exam are mentioned below:

 

• Students are not allowed to wear shoes with thick soles and garments with huge buttons.

 

• Before the exam shift, the seating area of the exam hall shall be sanitized properly.

 

• The equipment including a monitor, webcam, keyboard, mouse, desks, chairs, door handles, lift buttons and the staircase railing shall be properly disinfected. 

 

• Candidates are directed to practice the social distancing norms and must have a distance of at least 6 feet amongst them.

 

• Students are also instructed to follow the directions given by the centre staff and the queue managers/ropes and Floor marks should be placed outside the exam centre.

 

• All the students are directed to wear the 3-ply masks provided to them at the centre instead of the masks they will be wearing during their travel from home. 

 

• To avoid any congestion, the lab number will not be displayed outside the exam centre.

 

• Hand Sanitizers will be placed outside the exam centre and at common places for the use of students and the centre staff at regular intervals.
