The OnePlus 10R 5G on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4, macro) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.

The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2412 pixels (FHD+) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display sports Gorilla Glass 5 for protection.
