Prime Minister Narendra Modi today flagged off five Vande Bharat Express trains. With this, three states Goa, Bihar and Jharkhand have got the first Vande Bharat Express train. This is the first time that five Vande Bharat Express trains have been flagged off together.
Bihar and Jharkhand are going to get the gift of this semi high speed train simultaneously from Hatia-Patna Vande Bharat Express. This will increase connectivity between the capitals of both the states. This train will prove to be a boon especially for tourists, students and businessmen. This train will reach its destination one hour 25 minutes earlier than the existing trains. It will leave Patna at 7 am and reach Ranchi at 1 pm. In return it will leave Ranchi at 4.15 pm and reach Patna at 10.05 am. En route it will stop at Gaya, Koderma and Hazaribagh. Its chair car ticket will be Rs 890.
