Poonam Pandey Breaks Silence On Her Controversial Cervical Cancer Campaign

Poonam Pandey Interview:  During the promotion of her recent show Kink 2, Bollywood actor Poonam Pandey talked with Jagran in an exclusive interview sharing about her shocking campaign for cervical cancer awareness. 

In February 2024, Pandey staged her death on Instagram spreading the word that she died due to cervical cancer. A day later after the news went viral she appeared on an Instagram video to clarify that she used the method to raise awareness about the cervical cancer campaign and vaccination. 

Breaking the silence on the same, she shared that had she talked about the issue through any other method, the awareness would not have been so wide and impactful. But due to the shock the campaign turned out to be a success.
