Smoothie Recipes

Take one cup of frozen strawberries (about 7-8 strawberries), a frozen banana and half a cup of plain yogurt or honey. Put all these things in a blender and blend. We recommend using frozen fruits, so that you do not have to add ice cubes. Ice dilutes the smoothie.

For another smoothie you will need a peeled frozen banana, two tablespoons of peanut butter (or almond butter) and a cup of water (or almond milk). Blend them all together. Your peanut butter and banana smoothie is ready. Also, you can add two teaspoons of cocoa powder to the chocolate test if you want.

Take a green apple and cut it into pieces. Take half a cup of frozen spinach (about 6-7 leaves) and half an inch of fresh ginger (peeled and chopped). Blend all these ingredients in a blender until smooth. Now add half a cup of cold water or coconut water and blend it. If you want, you can add a few drops of lemon juice to balance all the flavors.
