  • Hamstring stretch- 15 sec each, do it for 4 rounds
  • Alternate Toe Hold- 15 sec each do it for 4 rounds
  • Back Bends- 15 sec each, do it for 4 rounds
  • Behind the back arm hold 15 sec each, do it for 4 rounds
