The largest IT company in the nation, Tata Consultancy Services, has announced the resignation of Rajesh Gopinathan, MD and CEO. The business released a statement in which it disclosed this information. After Rajesh Gopinathan's departure on March 16, 2023, TCS announced that Krithivasan would take over as CEO. Since February 2017, Rajesh Gopinathan was holding the post of CEO of the company. Gopinathan will remain in office till September 15, 2023, for a smooth transition and to help his successor.

TCS gives statement

Rajesh Gopinathan and Kritivasan will go through a transition, and in the following fiscal year, Kritivasan will be named as Managing Director and CEO, according to a statement from TCS. At TCS, Krithivasan now serves as president and global head of the BFSI Business Group, which includes banking, financial services, and insurance. For more than 34 years, Krithivasan has worked in the global technology business. In 1989, he joined Tata Consultancy Services. Krithivasan has worked with TCS for a significant amount of time and has held positions in sales, customer relationship management, and delivery.

At TCS, K. Krithivasan serves as president and global head of the business group for banking, financial services, and insurance. Since beginning his employment with Global Technology in 1989, Krithivasan has amassed almost 34 years of experience there. With TCS, he has held executive positions in sales, large program management, customer relationship management, and delivery.
