Ranveer Allahbadia Controversy:  In the wake of the backlash on Indian comedians post the controversial episode of India's Got Latent featuring Ranveer Allahbadia and Samay Raina, other comedians are also facing the brunt of it.

In a recent development, Anubhav Singh Bassi’s shows in Lucknow got canceled hours before starting.

The shows got canceled because the vice president of the State Women Association, Aparna Singh Yadav wrote to the DGP to cancel the show or ensure that it would not feature any comments disrespecting the dignity of women.
