Real Estate News: In the dazzling festive season, the environment and the air starts changing with the beginning of India’s mega festivals including Diwali. Not only shopping for clothes, decorating their homes, and buying bulk products with bumper discounts, people also look into buying properties during the period. From buying apartments and flats for their own living to purchasing land and other sort of properties for investment, this festive season has witnessed a significant growth in the demand for big and spacious flats.

Rising Demand for Above 3BHK Flats

The Corona epidemic taught people how important is to have their own house and no compromise should be made while selecting properties. Furthermore, during the period of Corona, the value of extra space became clearer because most people worked from home and children received online education while sitting in their rooms. It was also getting harder to provide a separate room when someone was unwell at the time. Keeping this in mind, many people are now shifting their demand to 3 or 4 BHK homes rather than going for 2 BHK. According to real estate consultancy firm CBRE, flat sales are expected to grow by 97% in 2023 compared to last year. It is also anticipated that by the end of this year, 1.70 lakh flats will be finished across the country.
