Real Estate News: In India, luxury housing demand is rising again. Real estate advisor CBRI said that high-income people in India are once again showing interest in buying luxury residential properties. In the last year, the sales of four crore rupees and more expensive houses in the seven major cities of the country have increased by 75%. 

Luxury Housing in Delhi-NCR

In Delhi NCR, the sales of luxury houses in the last year saw a three-fold rise and the most sold houses in the seven major cities of the country included the capital as well. According to CBRI figures, in 2023, the total sales of all types of residential properties across the country increased by 3,22,000 units.
