Ultra-Luxury Housing Prices: The ultra-luxury housing category includes houses that cost more than Rs 40 Cr. The price at which these houses are sold has increased by 247 percent in the past year. According to a report, 13 ultra-luxury homes worth approximately Rs 1,170 crore were sold in 2022. During this time, ten apartments and three bungalows were sold. The locations include major cities including Delhi NCR and Mumbai.

58 Ultra Luxury Houses Sold in 2023

In 2023, seven major cities across the nation saw the sale of 58 ultra-luxurious homes. There are 53 apartments and 5 bungalows among them, making a profit worth Rs 4,063 Cr to the developers. A maximum of 53 ultra-luxury homes have reportedly been sold in Mumbai this year, as per the Anarock report. Mumbai alone accounts for 91% of the total home sales. In Delhi-NCR, four houses in this category have been sold, which include two ultra-luxury homes in Gurgaon and two bungalows in Delhi. In Hyderabad, one house worth over Rs 40 crore was sold. This record-breaking increase could be attributed to post-covid scenarios and fluctuations in the stock market.
