Rythu Bandhu scheme: The Rythu Bandhu project is one of the many schemes administered by the government. The government contributes $5,000 per acre for each seasonal crop under this programme. On June 26, the Telangana government began transferring Rs 7,720.29 crore to over 70 lakh farmers in the state as part of the Rythu Bandhu scheme's eleventh installment.A deposit of $5,000 per acre will be made into the accounts of the farmers, helping them with the cost of seeds, fertiliser, pesticides, and field preparation. 1.42 crore acres of agricultural land in 31 of the state's districts have been included in this programme.
Rythu Bandhu Yojana has been started to give benefits to the farmers. This scheme is started by the Government of Telangana. The goal of this scheme is to support farmers and increase agricultural productivity in the state. Under this scheme, accounts of five lakh new farmers will also be added this year. According to a government data, 92 percent of the beneficiaries in the state have less than five acres of land, 5 percent have 5 to 10 acres and the remaining 3 percent have more than 10 acres of land.
