An art connoisseur at heart, Shalini Passo wears many hats in the realm of art and fashion. She is an art collector, fashion patron, and philanthropist based in Delhi. She was born on 8 August 1978 in New Delhi. Her husband Sanjay Passi is the chairman of PASCO Group “North India's leaders in the Automobile Industry”.

Shalini herself is the founder of MASH, a “ digital platform that explores the intersection of architecture, art, craft, design, and fashion in an accessible and engaging format” by supporting young emerging artists. She also has her own organization called ‘The Shalini Passi Art Foundation’ founded in 2018.
Reports suggest that Shalini’s interest in art stemmed from her early exposure to her family’s construction legacy that fueled her dreams for creation. To pursue these dreams she also ventured into the science of architecture, however, her challenges with the subject of Mathematics made her channel her creative skills to art, design, and fashion.
