Share Market: Gautam Adani Announces Rs 42,000 Cr Investment Plan in Tamil Nadu

Gautam Adani News: With a fantastic return to the stock market, Adani Group has broken numerous records in the last few trading sessions. In a new development, the Gautam-Adani led Adani Group recently announced plans to invest Rs 42,700 crore in Tamil Nadu. At the Chennai-hosted Global Investors Meet 2024, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chief Minister MK Stalin and Karan Adani, Managing Director of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone.

Adani Group Investment Plan in Tamil Nadu

Adani Green Energy plans to invest a total of Rs 24,500 crore in three pumped storage projects over the course of the next five to seven years, as disclosed by the Adani Group. In addition, over the next seven years, Adani Connex plans to invest Rs 13,200 crore in hyperscale data centers. Adani Total Gas will invest Rs 1,568 crore over the course of eight years as part of the over Rs 42,000 crore investment plan, and Adani’s cement company, Ambuja Cement, will invest Rs 3,500 crore over the next five years to build three cement grinding plants.
