Upcoming IPO This Week: Agricultural management company Nova Agritech will be opening its initial public offering (IPO) on January 23, 2024, and close it on January 25, 2024. Nova AgriTech IPO will be listed on the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of January 31, 2024. Ahead of the IPO, the company has already raised Rs 43.14 crore from anchor investors. The company is trying to raise funds of Rs 143.81 crore through this issue.

Nova Agritech IPO Details

The price range for Nova Agritech’s initial public offering (IPO) is set at Rs 39 to Rs 41 per share. Each share has a face value of Rs 2. Retail investors are allowed to bid on at least one lot size, or 365 shares, at a time in this IPO. Bidding on a maximum lot size of 13 shares, or 4,745 shares, may be done concurrently. The company is offering 35,075,693 equity shares for sale in total through this IPO. Of this, shares valued at Rs 31.81 crore and Rs 112 crore have been offered for sale through fresh issues and offers for sale, respectively. Retail investors will receive 35 percent of the shares, high net-worth individuals 15 percent, and eligible institutional buyers 50 percent.
