Standing Bent Pose: It is called Padahastana or standing Paschimotassana or also referred as Standing Forward Bend pose.
Technique:

- Keep moving your body, bend forward and finally touch the ground.
- If you can touch the ground easily, try to put your palms parallel to your feet.
- Hold for ten seconds and relax.
- Repeat for at least three times.

Shoulder Stand Pose: Also called Sarvangasana, is an extension to the supine line posture.

- Repeat it again.

- Lie down gently on the mat in the supine line position.

- Relax and repeat again.
