Squid Game season 2: The makers of Netflix mega hit Squid Games are taking baby steps while unveiling the star studded lineup for the second season. Apart from announcing the sequel to be an actual reality show the makers have introduced some new and prominent faces from the industry alongside the old one. Despite so much anticipation and excitement the makers soon started getting backlashes, the reason remains the negligence shown towards the female leads of the show. Back when Squid Game season 2 announced onboarding Im Si-Wan, Kang Ha Heul, Gong Yoo, Yang Dong Geun, Park Sung Hoon alongside others the absence of no female character disappointed the audience, but now the season has welcomed and confirmed fresh and young female leads.
New cast members for ‘Squid Game 2’ include Park Gyu-young from the K-dram Sweet Home, Jo Yu-ri of Iz*One, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Lee Jin-uk, BigBang member Choi Seung-hyun, Roh Jae-won and Won Ji-an
