Swara Bhaskar Baby: Actress Talks About Hindu-Muslim Differences During “Chhathi Puja” of Newborn Daughter
Swara Bhaskar Daughter: The “Veere Di Wedding” actress recently gave birth to a baby girl who was named Rabia Rama. The actress, along with her husband and political leader Fahad Khan and other close relatives performed the “chhathi puja” for her daughter. Swara earlier shared some moments from the puja ceremony on her social media, and have recently posted a video of her and other family members singing a folk song, and has also written a long post about how she found cultural similarities between Fahad and her religion. For the unaware, while Swara is a Hindu, her husband Fahad is a Muslim.

In the video shared on her Instagram post, the actress and Fahad are seen wearing yellow costumes, while Fahad is holding their newborn daughter in his arms. Everyone is seen enjoying and singing along with the couple in the video. However, the video is going viral for Swara’s beautiful post about the cultural similarities between Fahad and her, and the fans are appreciating the actress for her down-to-earth approach towards her daughter. With a video, Swara wrote, “The child is a mish mash of the mish mash we are.. So she’s 62.5% UP, 12.5% Bihar, 25% Andhra, And I’m all for representation and I’m always here for celebration! Moreover since our wedding, we’ve been discovering common cultural practices that both Hindus and Muslims in North India share which reinforces my belief that human beings can come from all manner of diversity but love and joy will find a common language.”
