Job Scam in TCS

Till now you must have heard about bribe in exchange for government job. But now people are paying bribe even for private jobs. This has been revealed from within Tata's company TCS. This is probably the first job scam of its kind, where commissions worth crores have been taken to get jobs in the country's biggest IT company TCS.

According to the news of Live Mint, senior officials of the company are involved in this job scam. These officers took hefty commission from the consultancy staffing firms in lieu of fresh hiring. According to the news, a transaction of at least Rs 100 crore has been done in this job scam.
