Meet the 24-year-old entrepreneur Amol Roy, who is the founder of the start-up, The Shutter Cast. Amol Roy hails from Patna, Bihar. He moved to Delhi for completing his higher education. The company The Shutter Cast, provides solutions to its consumers related to digital marketing, Madia, and Application development. 
Not very studious since his school days, he started this venture at 17 years old in the eleventh standard. He even compromised with his engineering studies as well to initiate his start-up. He has to convince his parents to skip college in order to practically start with the idea of the business. 
He started his business in 2014 when the start-up culture in India was gradually growing. He faced a lot of hurdles and failures in commencing his business, due to his young age, as people hardly believed in his capabilities.
Even after not attending college he has a lot of skills like website making, artificial intelligence, knowing computer language, etc. He acquired all the learning via online platforms. He encouraged people that if they can’t attend college, still they can learn a lot from online portals like Youtube, Facebook, online training in digital marketing, etc. 
Amol Roy even has his Youtube channel and operates all the functions like video editing, video making, camera settings, etc. He got inspired by Paytm founder, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, who said that he doesn’t take failures and success to his head. Roy learned the lesson to be moderate in both situations when we are winning as well as losing. 
In his young days, he was motivated by several inspirational speakers.
