Largest Economies of The World: Japan has now come to the brink of a recession, as a result of which the country has been replaced by Germany on being the third largest economy in the world. Japan is now the fourth-largest economy in the world. Japan is currently fighting against a weak currency, growing age, and decreasing population. Before this, China’s economy reached to the second position in 2010 due to the increase in the economy. 

Top 10 Largest Economies of The World

The world’s largest economy is the United States with a GDP of $27.29 trillion. The second spot is taken by China, with $18.56 trillion GDP.  Germany is the third largest economy with a GDP of $4.73 trillion, followed by Japan, which has a $4.29 trillion GDP. India is the fifth largest economy, with $4.11 trillion GDP. The United Kingdom has secured sixth position with $3.69 trillion GDP. Following the UK, France is in seventh position with a GDP of $3.18 trillion. The eighth position is taken by Italy, whose GDP is $2.28 trillion. The ninth largest economy is Brazil, with $2.27 trillion GDP. The tenth largest economy in the world is Canada, with a GDP of $2.34 trillion.
