Trump Signs The ‘Take It Down’ Act Against Revenge Porn And Deepfakes

US News:  Donald Trump, the president of the United States, has taken a poignant step to eradicate online exploitation, abuse and violence by signing the ‘Take It Down’ bill on Monday alongside the first lady of America, Melania Trump, who played a significant role in pushing the role through the opposition Congress. 

This law will prevent online exploitations like revenge porn and deepfakes to be published and circulated as tech companies are obliged to remove any such articles from their site within 48 hours. It is a historic move in ensuring the safety of women and children from online abuse and sexual exploitation.
