Muslim Boy Recites Ramcharitmanas: The three-day “Divine Art and Skills Exhibition” opened on Saturday in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also attended the exhibition and distributed tricycles and assistive devices to the disabled. Mohammad Islam lives in Dharmadeva village in Mirzapur’s Pahari block. He is said to be a devout follower of Lord Ram and has been reciting the Ramcharitmanas for 35 years. It began when he would go to the village with his friends to recite Sunderkand Path. He stated that his mind was so preoccupied with reciting Ramcharit Manas that he was given the role of Vyas in the Ramlila held in the village, where he recited Ramcharit Manas. Following this, people began reciting Manas in their homes and inviting him to Kirtan.
