UPSC NDA 2 Notification 2021:
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is expected to issue the notification for the National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (2), 2021 on 9th June 2021 stating the commencement of the application process. All the interested and eligible candidates can apply through online mode by visiting the official website of UPSC which is, upsconline.nic.in. The last date to apply for the National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (2) is 29th June 2021.
As per the Annual Calendar 2021 available on the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in, the NDA and NA exams are scheduled to be conducted on 5th September 2021. Moreover, after the release of detailed notification, candidates will be able to get complete information related to the application including vacancy details, educational qualification, and other eligibility.
NDA exam will be held only once in 2021:
The NDA NA exam is usually conducted twice a year and the exam to be held in September will be the second exam of this year. However, considering the COVID-19 pandemic situation across the country, the notification for the September exam is also likely to be postponed. But, the candidates willing to apply must be ready for the process of examination as per the prescribed schedule.
Who is eligible to apply:
Candidates who have passed their class 12th examination or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for Army Wing. Whereas, for Airforce and Naval Wing, 12th pass students with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths subjects can apply.
Selection Process for the NDA NA (2) Exam:
For admission to National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA), a written examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Successful candidates are further invited for interviews which are conducted by the Service Selection Board (SSB).
How to Apply for the NDA NA (2) Exam:
To apply online for the NDA NA (2) exam, candidates are required to visit the official portal of UPSC which is, upsconline.nic.in. After this, click on the link to apply online for various examinations of the Union Public Service Commission given on the homepage. Now a new page will open, where the process of application can be completed through the registration link of the respective recruitment exam.
