Warm Foods In Cold Weather: During the winter season Your eating habits should be kept like this so that the body gets warmth. Doing this not only keeps your health right but also provides relief to the heart patients. In winter, soup, dry fruits and green vegetables must be consumed.  

Warm foods for winter

Dates- Dates are rich in fiber which works to cleanse your digestive system. If digestion is good, there will be no complaint of constipation. The fiber present in dates also makes your heart strong and healthy. Its effect is warm, so it keeps you from many problems related to winter. 

Honey- Honey is also warm. You can use honey instead of sugar in winter. Honey has vitamin-A and B, antiseptic and antibacterial properties. If you consume honey before bed, the body burns more fat. 

Sesame seeds- Muscle pain is a common problem in winter. In this case, the sesame seeds will be useful for you. You can also eat it by making laddus. It contains calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium. All these elements keep the muscles active. Sesame oil gives relief to torn ankles. Heat oil and add rock salt and wax to it and you are good to go. 

Eggs- The egg contains 9 amino acids, containing vitamins A, B, B12, vitamin D, E, folate, selenium, and omega 3. If you want to lose weight, eat the white part of it. Eggs are also used as energy boosters. If you eat two eggs daily in winter, it will be beneficial for you.
