Weather Update: Heavy Rain, Dust Storm in Delhi-NCR Causes Waterlogging, IMD Issues Alert in These States

Weather Update: On Sunday night, heavy rain and thunderstorms hit Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana, among other states. Many parts of Delhi and Maharashtra have seen heavy waterlogging.
Red Rain Alert in Delhi-NCR
Heavy rainfall caused a flood-like condition on Delhi’s Minto Road, Moti Bagh, and Delhi Airport Terminal-1. As a result, over 100 flights were impacted. According to Delhi Airport, 49 flights were diverted between 11:30 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for heavy rainfall. The Meteorological Department has issued a thunderstorm and rain alert for 21 states today.
