President Joe Biden stated on Friday that the US economy is improving, with solid employment numbers demonstrating that Americans are recovering optimism and inflation slowly being contained. "Our economy is moving in the right direction," Biden said at the White House, highlighting that he was confident about reducing persistently high inflation.
He did, however, issue a warning that the "biggest threat" to the US economy is a disagreement over lifting the debt ceiling.

He said, "People are working again. They're becoming more optimistic about their future,"
