We have heard many stories in the past few months of people being defrauded of money after receiving a WhatsApp "part-time job offer." Recent government action was triggered by the expanding number of these scams. somebody need to be cautious about who they deal with online and never send money to somebody they don't trust because these frauds are spreading. In another such incident, a woman living in Noida was duped of Rs 4.3 lakh after she was asked to like YouTube videos to earn money.

They informed the woman that she had been offered a "part-time job," and all she needed to do was like, comment on, and share YouTube videos from various e-commerce companies. She was then added to a Telegram group where she was given chores by the con artists. The scammers initially offered the woman a little sum of money for each task to gain her trust. Later on, though, they gave her a "prime task," and as a result, she lost Rs. 4.38 lakh.
