Health Guidelines: The  World Health Organisation (WHO) has issued new guidelines on the intake of salt for people across ages and geographies. In the latest guidelines, WHO has emphasized a regulated salt intake in a day without exceeding the limit of 5 grams. Check out the complete guidelines here:

  • Instead of regular iodine salt, people should consume low-sodium salt containing potassium.
