Kadhai Paneer Recipe: City Da Chef has reached our listener Priya house, where Chef Shamsher from NFCI will teach her the how to make Kadhai Paneer. Ingredients: 1) Paneer - 200 gm 2) Tomato - 100 gm 3) Capsicum - 50 gm 4) Onion - 50 gm 5) Ginger Garlic Paste - 5 gm 6) Oil - 30ml 7) Salt - To taste 8) Whole red chilli - 4 no 9) Black pepper - 5 gm 10) Cumin seeds - 5 gm 11) Coriander seeds - 5 gm 12) Kasoori Methi - 5 gm 13) Turmeric - 1/2 tsp 14) Degi Mirch - 1tsp 15) Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp 16) Cashew nut paste - 20 gm 17) Fresh Cream - 10 ml 18) Green Coriander - 10 gm 19) Ginger Jilienne - for garnish Method: 1) Fine chop half of the tomatos & make puree with other half 2) Cut onion, capsicum & paneer squares 3) Dry roast red chillies, black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin seeds & kasoori methi 4) Roughly grind all the dry roasted ingredients. 5) Heat oil in a kadhai and add coriander seeds with ginger garlic paste. 6) Then add salt and tomatoes & cook them for two minutes. 7) Add prepared masala, turmeric & other spices into it. 8) Cook till oil comes over the top & keep aside. 9) Now heat one tblespoon of oil in a separate pan. 10) Then add whole red chillies and corinder seeds into it. 11) Add capsicum and onions into it and cook for one minute. 12) Then add paneer and cooked gravy into the pan & mix well. 13) Add cashew nut paste & cream to it and check the seasoning. 14) Remove from heat and serve hot garnished with green corinder & ginger juliennes
